| 摘 要： | 商业业态是一个城市或地区经济开发的重点内容。关中-天水经济区的商业业态开发应该提前全面规划，西安、宝鸡和天水等城市在经济区建设中的业态开发应“区别定位、错位发展”，建立各自相应的业态开发模式。

| Abstract: | The commercial retail is the focus of a city or region's economic development.The Guanzhong-Tianshui economic zone should advance the development of comprehensive planning.Xi'an,Baoji and Tianshui,the three cities in the economic zones should be constructed with the principles of Different positioning,dislocation development,and should establish their own appropriate development model. |
