英语书信中语用标记语的定量分析与研究

语用标记语的使用为交际对方提供明示的语用标记和话语之间的关联,帮助对方正确理解话语,顺利实现交际目的,在口头和书面交际中起举足轻重的作用。定量分析与研究学生的英文书信这一书面语交际后,我们发现,他们具有一定的使用语用标记语能力,但它的使用有较大的一致性,有时出现模式化倾向,或者重复使用、误用或根本不用的情况。因此,在教学过程中教师应强调语用标记语在言语交际中的重要性,传授语用标记语的相关知识,并增加语用标记语的训练,以提高学生的言语交际能力。

Pragmatic Markers in Practical Writing

Pragmatic markers play a very important role in achieving coherence between sentences and paragraphs.Besides,they perform many different pragmatic functions in communication.In this paper,several groups of pragmatic markers used in those English learners' writing are compared. The result indicates that these English learners have gained some knowledge about pragmatic markers.However,it is far from enough for them to make good use of these markers to avoid misunderstanding and smooth their communication.Therefore,the measures listed in the paper should be taken to improve English learners' ability to use pragmatic markers and help them to improve their communicative competence.
