| 摘 要： | 技术是人类矢志追求的一种"改造自然的能力",它和科学一道使人类摆脱愚昧、野蛮和贫穷落后,跨入文明社会,实现富裕梦想,使人类从自然的奴隶变成自然的主人.技术既能为善,也能为恶,关键在于人类的应用.技术具有生产力价值、资本价值、文明价值、审美价值和人类自由价值.但技术也对人类生存环境、人类安全和自然资源造成破坏,构成威胁.技术的善恶决定于制度和人的动机.人类需要树立科学的技术善恶观.

| Abstract: | Technology is a kind of capability of remodeling of nature for which the man takes an oath to seek, it make the mankind break away from fatuity, wildness, poverty and under-developed, step into civilization, realize the dream of wealth, become the master of nature. Technology can both do good works and bad works, the key is how to take advantage of it. Technology has many values in productivity, capital, civilization, esthetic and mankind's freedom. Meanwhile it may damage mankind's environment, safety and natural resources. Technology' good or bad rest on the system and man's motive. The mankind should set right view on technology's functions, whether good or bad. |
