| 摘 要： | 用空气干燥和吉姆萨染色的方法研究日本七鳃鳗鳃上皮细胞的有丝分裂中期染色体,结果表明:日本七鳃鳗的染色体数为2n=168,其中大多数染色体具有端部或近端部着丝点。

| Abstract: | The chromosomes in the middle of period of the mitosis are studied for the gill epithelium of Lampetra japonica ( Martens )by air drying and Giemsa's method. The result show that the chromosome numbers of tLampetra japonica ( Martens) are 2n=168,and the most of them are sub-elocentric to telocentric chromosomes |
