| 摘 要： | 记述了新中国前30年农村土地经营制度的3次变革、4个阶段,以及土地从农民所有农民经营到农民所有集体经营、最后是集体所有集体经营的变革和发展历程。分别阐述了各种土地经营方式的特点及其对农业发展的影响,并指出了各个阶段的历史局限性。最后,依历史发展的轨迹提出了符合生产力发展水平的农村土地制度安排。

| Abstract: | Three transformation and four stages of the system of rural land management in the first thirty years of the New China is illustrated,and the changes and developing progress are recorded from the modes of peasant-owned and peasantry management to peasant-owned and collective management,and to collective-owned and collective management.The characteristics of different modes of land management and their effects on agricultural development are elaborated,pointing the historical limitations of each stage at the same time.Finally,the arrangement of rural land system suitable for the developing level of productivity is put forward according to the trace of its historical development. |
