| 摘 要： | 我国对越南的投资需要相应的国际法保护。根据对中越多边及双边投资国际规范的比较分析，我们发现前者存在作用有限、成本较高等问题。为此，我们应把保障中国对越投资的重心放到中越双边投资协议上，并利用我国所参加的双边或区域性投资协议推动全球性投资国际法制的确立及完善。

| Abstract: | China - Vietnam investment needs to be protected by the relevant international law. According to the essay, the mechanism of multilateral investment treaty has limited use for protecting China - Vietnam investment. So it is should attach importance to bilateral investment law, and make use of bilateral or Regional Investment Law to improve the international investment law. |
