| Abstract: | From the conflicts between national law and social public opinions, regular thoughts and normal rationality, legal facts and the facts confirmed by public opinion, the situation in which judicial judgments infringe public opinions sometimes occurs during judicial practices is illustrated in details. Understanding the reason causing the conflicts between judicial judgments and public opinions is the foundation to enhance judicial authority and the social recognition of adjudication. |
