| 摘 要： | 如何有效推动旅游资源与饮食文化的整合开发，既深入挖掘旅游地饮食文化及餐饮业的无限潜力，又逐步培育饮食旅游的营销价值与独特吸引力，成为目前及未来旅游地饮食文化旅游资源探讨和研究的重要主题。作为一种独特的非物质文化遗产，中华饮食文化在旅游开发中表现为由菜系、民族民俗饮食、餐饮产业和节事构成的饮食景观体系，经组合成为饮食文化旅游资源，通过饮食文化旅游资源挖掘、餐饮产业培育和节事及文化营销等策略机制开发饮食文化旅游资源。

| Abstract: | It has been becoming an important theme of developing food cultural resources in Chinese tourism destinalion how to effectively promote the integrative development of the regional tourism and food culture,thoroughly tapping the boundless existing potential of the regional food culture and catering indnstry, gradually fostering the marketing im- portance and unique attractions of food tourism. As a kind of unique intangible heritage,Chinese food cultures inclu- ding the culinary culture,liquor culture and tea culture are put on exhibition of food cultural landscape system of the major styles of cuisine,national folk dleting,catering industry and food festivals,which food cultural tourism resources must be comprehensively developed by the careful strategies and mechanisms of tapping the food culture,fostering the catering industry and planning the food festivals in tourism destinations. |
