| 摘 要： | 人力资本投资目前已经成为影响我国区域旅游业发展的重要因素。本文从人力资本投资对旅游产业发展的重要作用入手,以东部地区为参照标准,通过对比实证分析了我国西部地区人力资本投资对西部旅游业发展的影响,最后提出了加大人力资本投资、完善人力资本市场机制和提高人力资本投资效益的对策。

| Abstract: | At present,the human capital investment has already become an important factor in the regional tourism industry development in China. Starting with the analysis of the vital role of the human capital investment to the tourism industry and taking East China as the benchmark,this paper empirically researches the influence of the human capital investment on the tourism industry development in West China,and it also proposes some related countermeasures,including increasing the human capital investment,perfecting the market mechanism of the human capital investment and enhancing the human capital investment benefit. |
