从哲学的层面看玄言诗

玄言诗的发展过程与玄学的发展过程具有一种基本同步关系。玄言诗可分狭义和广义两种概念:狭义玄言诗以东晋孙、许、谢(安)、王(胡之)等人的诗作为代表,与向、郭玄学的理趣相为表里;广义玄言诗分别指东晋前与“越名教而任自然”的理趣相一致的嵇、阮的诗作和义熙后超越向、郭玄学并渗入佛学思辨理趣的陶渊明、谢灵运等人的诗作。

A Philosophic View of the Metaphysical Poetry

The metaphysical poetry develops with metaphysics.The term of metaphysical poetry has a narrow and a broad sense."Metaphysical poetry" in the narrow sense is represented by the poems by Sun,Xu,Xie(An),Wang(Huzhi) of Dongjin,which assimilate the inspiration of metaphysics expounded by Xiang and Guo;the "metaphysical poetry" in the broad sense can be represented by the poems by Ji and Ruan before Dongjin which pursue the interest of "transcending the Confucian decrees while following the nature",and the poems by Tao Yuanming and others influenced by the didactical Buddhism.
