| 摘 要： | 通过实验证明:在非豆科固氮树木赤杨根瘤中占优势的瓜氨酸,并不是固氮同化的最初含氮化合物,也不是根瘤代谢的中间产物,而是被宿主改造后的最终含氮化合物,并作为一种运输形态输出根瘤。本文还对其可能的代谢途径作了探讨。

| Abstract: | Abstract] In the root nodules of Alnus sibirica dominanting amino-acid, Citrulline, is neither primary nitrogenous compound in ammonia assimilate nor middle produce of mtabolism, but terminal product transformed by host. It is transported out of root nodules as a transport form. Its posibble metabolic pathway is also discussed. |
