以制度建设推进道德建设的思考

道德建设既要由道德教育来引导，更要由制度建设来推进。从目前我国社会道德建设的实际来看，制度建设更具有现实性和紧迫性。只有把道德所要求的进行规范化、体系化，才能保证其长期有效。从道德建设的要求来看，应在保护民众的切实利益、遏制权力寻租现象、加强文化建设和法治环境培育等几个方面进行充分和完善的制度化设计并实施，使道德建设具有良好的制度保障，才能推动整个社会道德水平的提高。

ON Thinding of Promoting Moral Construction from System Construction

Moral construction is necessary to guide the moral education,and more importantly the institution building to promote,from the current practice of building of China's social and moral system for building a more realistic and urgency.The only ethics requires standardization of the system in order to ensure its long-term effective.Moral construction requirements to deal with the tangible benefits of the people's aspirations,and to curb the powers of rent-seeking phenomenon,the cultural construction and the rule of law,environment and other aspects of institutionalized design and effective implementation of the moral construction of the system to protect.
