| 摘 要： | 加强和谐图书馆的建设是构建和谐社会的一个重要组成部分,是顺应时代发展和传承人类文化的需求。以人为本是构建和谐图书馆的重要指导思想,构建和谐的图书馆重点包括建立和谐的硬环境与软环境两大方面:和谐的硬环境是指为读者创建一个充满人文关怀的物理环境,包括馆舍的建筑及内部设施等;和谐的软环境是指良好、温馨的人文环境,包括图书馆领导之间、领导与员工之间,员工与员工之间以及员工与读者之间的人际关系等,二者缺一不可。
