Research of the Development of Beijing Songzhuang Original Artistic Creation Assembling District

Thanks to its convenient transportation,low cost of living and good social environment,SongZhuang,as one of the small towns seated in east of Beijing,is attractive to artists to work and live there.Therefore,SongZhuang becomes the most important base for artists in China.This paper makes SongZhuang Model locate in the whole developing background of cultural creative industry,explores the subjective and external conditions for the appearance of SongZhuang Model,and the development foreground and the huge potential.At the same time,this paper aims at providing suggestions that could be used as countermeasures for local government.
