| 摘 要： | 民营经济已成为当前我国国民经济增长的重要支撑力量与经济市场化改革的主要动力.地方政府行为对市场功能的发挥和民营经济活力的释放产生了深刻的影响.为此,地方政府行为应其有动态性特征,顺应市场改革的进程,为民营经济的进一步发展主动创造宽松良好的经济环境.

| Abstract: | The local people - run economy has not only become an important backbone strength in the current increase of China's national economic growth, and a main motive force in the economic market orientation as well. The local government action has exerted a deep influence upon the exercise of the market function and the release of the local people - run economy. Therefore, the local government must conform to the progress of market reform and take the initiative to create an unrestricted economic environment for the further development of the local people - run economy. |
