| 摘 要： | 当代俄罗斯技术哲学和西方技术哲学相比,总体上还存在着较大差距,但俄罗斯技术哲学在保持自己传统优势的前提下,正在引进西方技术哲学特别是工程伦理学和技术社会学的合理成分,努力形成自己的特色。对20世纪90年代以来俄罗斯技术哲学发展现状、主要成果和发展方向进行了介绍和预测,指出多元化将是俄罗斯技术哲学的发展趋势,而技术本体论、技术价值论和工程伦理学将是它的研究重点。

| Abstract: | There are many differences as a whole between contemporary Russian philosophy of technology and occidental philosophy of technology. However, the former is introducing the reasonable parts of the latter especially the engineering ethnics and techno-sociology into its theory where the traditional predominance remains unchanged so as to form its own characteristics. Introduces the status quo, development and main achievements of the Russian philosophy of technology since 1990s and predicts that the diversification will be the trend of its development, while the technological ontology and axiology and engineering ethnics will be the key points to study. |
