关于《反垄断法》的制定

制定《反垄断法》不仅是我国社会主义市场经济的客观需要;也是为履行我国加入WTO作出的承诺之一,同时有利于遏制跨国公司的垄断势力;建立公用企业的反垄断立法,为企业创造一个自由和公平的竞争环境。通过对暂不制定《反垄断法》原因的辨析以及我国现行立法不足的分析,进一步论证了我国应尽快制定《反垄断法》。

A Proposal to the Legislation of Anti -monopoly in China

The legislation of anti -monopoly is not only the objective need of Chinese socialist market -economy,but also an obligation of WT O' s membership.It is in favor of containing monopoly pow-er of international giant corporations.Moreover,making of an Anti -mon opoly Law can create a free and equal environment of competition for enterprises.By different iating the causes of objec-tion of making anti -monopoly law and analyzing the inadequacy of the present legislation in China,the paper proves that making o f anti -monopoly law in China is of extreme urgency.
