| Abstract: | This paper looks into the psychoanalysis in Stendhal's Le Rouge et le Noir from the perspectives of narratology and psychology.The paper holds that there are three characteristics of the psychoanalysis in Le Rouge et le Noir.Firstly,it describes things according to the characters' feelings,which breaks through the perspective model of traditional novels.Secondly,it uses monologue to display the violent conflicts of the characters' feelings.Thirdly,it reveals the deeper agents of the characters' feelings. |
