| 摘 要： | 在R＆D与经济增长问题的实证研究中，R＆D资本存量是必不可少的变量之一。测算R＆D资本存量需要确定初始R＆D资本存量、折旧率、价格指数等相关参数。在合理设定上述参数的基础上，采用永续盘存法对我国30个省（自治区、直辖市）的R＆D资本存量进行了测算。结果表明，近年来各地区R＆D资本存量的分布趋势大致未变，但东部地区较中西部地区的优势在扩大，而中西部地区各省（自治区、直辖市）之间差距不大。
