| 摘 要： | 蔡元培在“思想自由,兼容并包”办学方针指导下所进行的高等教育实践是我国近代教育改革史上的成功典范。蔡元培高等教育思想对当代高等教育改革实践,尤其是对现今高校在学风建设,科研风气,教师职称评聘等内部管理体制改革方面具有借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | The higher educational practice advocated by Cai Yuanpei under his guiding principle for running a school of "ideological freedom and absorbing anything and everything uncritically" is a successful stereotype in the history of the educational reform in Contemporary China.Cai Yuanpei's higher educational ideology is significant to modern higher educational reform practice,especially to the internal management system reform of modern colleges and universities such as the construction of study mode,scientific mode,evaluation and engagement of professional titles,etc. |
