全球语境下维护我国文化安全的策略

维护国家文化安全,增强国家文化软实力、中华文化国际影响力,是党的十七届六中全会提出的重要战略任务。建设社会主义文化强国,必须维护国家文化安全,积极应对发达国家文化霸权主义的挑战。这种挑战主要表现在:有组织、有策划、有预谋地对我实施西化战略;利用中国文化资源、借助中国元素传播西方价值观念;通过申遗、注册等手段占有我国文化资源的知识产权;锁定强势媒体,寄希望于网络渗透与传播。鉴于此,维护我国文化安全的任务更加艰巨,当前应实施的策略为:推进社会主义核心价值体系建设,牢固筑起维护我国意识形态安全的屏障;维护民族文化基本元素,使之在全球语境下历久弥新,魅力永恒;致力中华文化走出去,赢得世界的尊崇与认同;唱响网上思想文化主旋律,确保我国的网络话语主导权;在挖掘、整理的基础上,开展扎实的教育、普及等传承工作,保护我国文化资源的知识产权不受侵犯。
