| 摘 要： | 我国研究型大学参与国际高等教育人才竞争和学术竞争的能力日益增强,但国际竞争力仍存在相当差距。基于当前影响研究型大学核心竞争力的引领性要素、支撑性要素、主导性要素、保障性要素和生成性要素分析,现阶段我国研究型大学要提升核心竞争力,在加强投入的基础上,应树立正确的办学理念,形成办学特色优势;着力引进和培养世界一流的学术大师,打造高水平科研创新团队;规范管理规章制度,营造良性学术环境和氛围。
