| 摘 要： | 建立社会责任管理体系对我国建筑企业培育良好企业文化、积极参与国际竞争以及促进建筑企业可持续发展具有重要意义。我国建筑企业目前在劳动力使用上存在很多突出的问题与不足,亟需加强社会责任建设。将社会责任国际标准(SA8000)引入建筑企业,对我国建筑企业构建社会责任管理体系具有重要的借鉴意义。本文分析了我国建筑企业参照SA8000进行社会责任管理体系建设时的审核要点及注意事项,并对现阶段建筑企业推行SA8000社会责任国际标准提出了相应的对策。

| Abstract: | Nowadays there are many ethical criticisms of China's construction industry,so our construction enterprises should attach more importance to labor standard while widely engaged in international market.SA8000,developed by Social Accountability International(SAI),is put forward as avoluntary,universal standard for interested in social responsibility.This paper analyzes the existing problems in construction industry,discusses the importance of promoting social responsibility,explores the key facts in application of SA8000,and offers some proposals. |
