法治理念下省域社会管理创新路径分析

当前,社会管理创新已经进入向制度化、法治化、科学化方向发展的阶段,各地应总结推广典型经验,促进社会管理创新与地方立法衔接,逐步完善社会管理体制机制,形成具有本地区特色的社会管理运行模式。以社会主义民主法治理念诠释社会管理创新的内涵,分析抓好基层社会管理、破解社会管理难题、落实政府负责以及促进社会参与的现实路径,提出在法治轨道上进一步推进社会管理创新进程的建议,力争为实现党和国家提出的建设中国特色社会主义社会管理体系的伟大目标夯实基础。

Path analysis of social management innovation within province under idea of ruling by law

Nowadays, social management innovation has entered the stage of pursuing institutionalized, legal and scientific development. Each locality should summarize and popularize typical experience, promote the connection of social management innovation and local legislation, perfect the system and mechanism of social management gradually, and shape the operating mode of social management with local features. The connotation of management innovation is explained by apply socialist democracy and legal ideas, and the realistic paths are analyzed of perfecting grass-roots social management, solving social management problems, implementing the responsibility of government, and promoting the participation of social forces. Suggestions are proposed on further promoting social management innovation on legal track, in order to reinforce the foundation of realizing the great goal of building social management system with Chinese characteristics which is brought forward by the party and the state.
