| 摘 要： | 由于我国人口的预期寿命延长使我国的老龄化速度加快,但同时我国的法定退休年龄偏低又造成我国的退休人口不断不升,进而对我国养老保险制度收支平衡造成严重的威胁。因此通过对现行偏低的退休年龄的负面效应与适当提高退休年龄的正面效应对比分析来谈提高退休年龄的政策在我国是不是可取之道。

| Abstract: | Because of the extendeney of expecting age of Chinese people makes the rate of aging quicken,and the lower legal retirement age makes the amount of retiring poulation in China increase.This situation is badly threat- ening the pension system balance.In this paper,by contrasting the negative effects of lower retiring age and the positive effects of higher retiring age,the author analyzes that the policy of lengthening retirement age is reasona- ble. |
