| 摘 要： | 美国社区学院是美国高等教育的重要组成部分。在学院董事会行使权力的过程中,需要正确处理与州、所在社区及校内的教职、非教职员工之间的关系,保持权力均衡发展。探讨美国社区学院董事会拥有和行使权力的情况,为建设和发展我国的社区学院提出一些建设性的意见。
