台湾地区教育学术期刊基本状况与编辑出版特点分析

目前台湾地区教育学术期刊数量较多,已形成一定规模。大部分教育学术期刊历史较短,出版周期长,期刊出版地和出版者较为集中。在编辑出版上,台湾地区教育学术期刊注重编委会组成、审稿制度、外稿率和退稿率,对期刊的学术性严格把关。随着台湾地区学术期刊评比的开展,教育期刊的学术评价机制逐渐成型,这一机制不仅对台湾地区教育学术期刊的质量等级进行了分级,而且加强了期刊编辑出版的规范性。

Analysis of the Status Quo and Editing-publishing Features of Educational Academic Journals in Taiwan Area

At present,there are a great number of educational academic journals in Taiwan area which has formed a certain scale.Most of the educational academic journals have a short history and long publishing cycles with rather concentrated distribution of publication places and publishers.In terms of the editing-publishing features,much emphasis has been put on the composition of the editorial board,peer review system,the rate of external and rejected papers,thus strictly control the academic quality of journals.As Taiwan has carried out the rating system for journals,the academic assessment mechanism on educational journals has gradually formed.This mechanism not only classifies the quality of educational journals,but also strengthens the academic norm in editing and publishing journals.
