论当代法国民族问题及政策

2005年法国种族骚乱事件之后,法国社会民族种族冲突、暴力排外事件不断,民族种族歧视现象日趋严重,移民政策频繁调整.对此,世人不禁要问,一直以来标榜自由、平等、博爱的法国怎么了？是日益庞大的跨国移民所引发的文化的冲突使然？还是“共和模式”的“民族政策”之殇？本文从近当代法国人口民族构成的变化角度出发,探讨当代法国主要存在民族问题以及“共和模式”的“民族政策”.并一进步提出,造成当前法国民族问题的主要根源正是其“共和模式”的“民族政策”.同时,本文也对近几年来法国政府相关政策的调整进行了梳理和分析.

The Theory of Contemporary French National Problems and Policies

National contradictions and violent xenophobia continued to occur after ethnic unrest in France at 2005. Racial discrimination phenomenon was becoming ser/ous and immigration policy was shifting frequently.What occured in French？ This paper mainly discusses national question and national policy in contemporary French from the view of nationality population, and tells that the main source of national problem is national policy with a pattern for republics.Meanwhile, this paper analyses the related policy adjustment of French government.
