| Abstract: | Public servant" refers to the servant to society and people.In China,the Party and government organs and their leaders are all public servants,who are expected to serve the people.The concept of "Three Representations" put forward by Jiang Zeming is an intact scientific generalization of the essential requirements and fundamental code of conduct for all public servants in the modern era as the inheritance and development of Marxist public servant theory. |
