| 摘 要： | 经过中外 50 0家大企业的动态比较分析 ,结果表明世界 50 0家大企业排行榜是国家整体经济发展水平的集中体现 ,世界 50 0家大企业在全球经济中的地位举足轻重 ,我国 50 0家大企业与之相比 ,存在企业经营规模小、效益低 ,技术水平低、创新能力弱 ,企业管理不规范 ,扩张阻力大等差距 ,其原因主要是我国整体经济发展落后 ;企业兼并扩张困难 ;实施保护过度的贸易政策

| Abstract: | Through the dynamic comparative analysis of the largest 500 enterprises in China and abroad, the result indicates that their important positions in world economy reflect their respective national economic development as a whole.In fact the largest 500 enterprises in China are operated on smaller marketing scale,with low benefit, poor technology, weak ability of innovation,lack of standard business administration and great obstruction for further expansion.Considering the backward development of our national economy,difficulties in expansion,overly protected trade policy,this article offers a probe into the future of the large enterprises in China. |
