| Abstract: | It's necessary to strengthen the training of young teachers so as to build a university of high level.Researches should be conducted into establishing a young-teacher-trainging system in accordance with their characteristics,trainging objectives should be set up,their capacity to teach and do research should be strengthened and a scientific incentive mechanism should be worked out to create conditions for young teachers to come to the fore early. |
