目的探讨提高医学实习生外科操作能力的方法。方法医学本科实习生在进入我科后集中进行外科手术基本操作的强化训练，通过操作过关考核及临床带教老师的反馈信息，综合评价本方法效果。结果经过训练的实习生操作能力明显提高。外科操作技术更加熟练规范，参加手术时老师放手机会增多，评价较好。结论实习生进行外科基本技能强化训练．可尽快提高外科操作能力，实习质量显著提高。
