| 摘 要： | 金融技术化主要表现在扩大金融运作空间、改变金融形态和手段、降低金融运行成本等方面。金融技术化的杜会后果包括经济后果、制度后果和对人的心理的影响等。金融技术化是经济发展的动力,同时也是经济危机的本源;金融技术化提高金融运行效率,同时也导致公平的失衡;金融技术化对人的心理影响存在乐观和悲观两种倾向。

| Abstract: | Based on the the exhibition and character of technologicalization of finance in respect to functional-ism, the technology can mainly affect the finance by reducing the transaction cost,getting rid of the temporal and special restriction and revolutionizing the information medium,etc. The effects of technologicalization of finance include economic affection, institutional aftermath and mental influence on the whole society. Meanwhile, it is not only the motivity of economic development,but also the origin of economic crisis;and it can not only optimize the financial efficiency,but also induce the unbalance of fairness. Its mental influence on people also includes two kinds of tendency,optimism or pessimism. |
