| 摘 要： | 对一些高校大学生体质调查发现,各种心理障碍及身体疾病患病率明显增加,且有低龄化倾向.文章指出,要有效地降低大学生的心理障碍,关键在预防,针对高校大学生生活学习特点,采取多种形式的健康教育,是行之有效的预防措施.文章着重阐述大学生身心健康的现状和加强健康教育的重要性和必要性,并对健康教育的内容和形式进行探讨.

| Abstract: | Through the physique investigation for some university students in recent year, we find that disease rate of various mind impediment and body illness obviously increases and this tendency extend toward the young people. The author thinks that the key to effectively lower mind impediment lies in prevention. That is, in view of their learning and life styles,it is the effective prevention measure to take various of health education. In this paper, present situation of university students' mind and body health,and the importance and necessity for health education is emphasized, and the form and content for health education are also discussed. |
