| 摘 要： | 秘书职业化程度制约着秘书为领导、为组织服务的水平。本文分析了影响我国秘书职业化进程的社会环境因素和秘书职业专业化的因素,从建立良好的职业社会环境、完善秘书学科体系、立法推进职业化进程、借鉴古代秘书传统、接轨国际秘书工作体制、提升职业化品质等等方面提出了解决问题的对策。 |

| Abstract: | The degree of professionalizing secretary restricts the level of the secretary in servicing the leaders and/or organizations.The paper analyses the social environmental factors and the specialized factors of professionalizing secretary that affect the process of professionalizing secretary,and puts forth measures to solve the problems in the respects of establishing the good professional social environment,improving the scientific system of secretary,legally promoting the process of professionalizing secretary,learning from the ancient tradition in secretary,integrating with the international working system of secretary,and raising the professionalized quality. |
