| Abstract: | This paper shows that objective orientation,rule orientation, supporting orientation and innovation orientation are the four basic orientation functions of corporate culture. Bafed on the analysis of spiral development experience of Enron Company the article advocates that the unbalance of culture - guiding is the deep reason in the bankruptcy of the company. The article also discusses how to cultivate the healthy Culture - guiding of enterprises. |
