| 摘 要： | 运用问卷调查法、访谈法和文献资料法及素质教育理论对我院体育教育实习的现状进行分析研究。结果说明,传统的体育教育实习模式难以适应现代社会的发展,缺乏市场的竞争意识和创新人才的培养目标,必须以体育实习为突破口,全面改革教学模式,以适应新世纪合格体育人才的培养需要。

| Abstract: | Using the questionnaire, interview, documents and data method, and the theory of quality education, the authors analyse and study the present situation of educational practice about sport in our institute, finding that the traditional educational practice about sport is hard to meet the development of modern society for it lacks the competitive consciousness of the market and innovative personnel's train objective. In order to develop qualified sports personnel in the new century, the teaching model should be thoroughly reformed according to the sport practice. |
