| Abstract: | The article analyzes the main reasons why the college girls get employed difficultly from the perspective of the outside social environment and their own.Based on these,the article states the countermeasures how the college girls can deal with the difficulties in employment positively from the perspective of displaying their own superiorities,enhancing their own comprehensive qualities,setting up correct employment ideas. |
