试论南京政府中医师资格认定政策与法规

在中医界不断的抗争下，南京政府陆续颁布了一系列有关中医师资格认定的法规。尽管这些法规的主要内容在不同的历史时期有所不同，但其压制中医的实质是一致的；不过，这些法规的某些内容客观上规范了中医师资格认定，具有一定的积极意义。

Although their contents varied at different historical periods, all of the regulations shared the nature of suppressing traditional Chinese medicine. But in fact the regulations standardized the qualification for traditional medical practitioners, so they had positive significance to some extent.
