| 摘 要： | 简要说明了医学模式转化的历史，指出医学模式转变不仅引起了医学面貌的变化，使医学学科出现了分化和综合的两种趋势，同时对医学的实践领域发生了深刻的影响，对医学教育也提出了更高的目标和要求。结合医学模式转变对理论和实践的要求，指出今后在教育、管理、服务及政策方面我们所应采取的对策。

| Abstract: | The history of the change of medical modes is briefly discussed. The change of medical modes has brought about the change of medical profession in general. There have appeared the two tendencies: division and combination. It has also influenced medical practice. A higher demand has been set to medical education. Measures to deal with the change in the fields of education, management, service and policy are discussed. |
