| 摘 要： | 最好的房地产项目应该能够把项目的不同角色，包括社会的、环境的、结构的、功能的、美学的等角色积极地结合并使它们相互协调，从而实现可持续发展。营造可持续发展的房地产项目，不仅是房地产业发展的要求，同时也是人类社会实现可持续发展的必然需要。该文以绿色房地产和生态房地产的概念为基础，定义了可持续发展的房地产项目的内涵，并指出了目前需要解决的一些主要问题。

| Abstract: | The best real estate project is one capable of sustainable development,the roles of which,social,environmental,structural,functional,aesthetic,etc.,are positively integrated and mutually coordinated.Constructing such a real estate project is not only the demand of the real estate industry,but also the inevitable demand of the human society for the sustainable development.Based on the concepts of green estate project and ecological estate project,the paper defines the sustainable estate project and points out some major issues needed to be solved.It is hoped that the study will inspire people to ponder over the sustainable development of the real estate project. |
