| Abstract: | Since LIU Yu-xi was demoted to Langzhou, he had the intention to imitate QU Yuan. LIU Yu-xi was greatly influenced by QU Yuan's poems and proses in allround aspects including the style, contents, means of expressing emotions and rhetoric. LIU Yu-xi even developed these aspects actively and creatively. In this sense, LIU Yu-xi is the successor of QU Yuan's spirit and literature traditions. |
