| 摘 要： | 项目管理成熟度模型(PMMM)是用来帮助项目管理组织评估和改进自身项目管理水平的一种方法和工具,对于我国企业项目管理实践有着重要的指导意义。本文结合我国项目管理知识体系与企业应用特点,研究提出了基于项目过程的企业项目管理成熟度等级模型,建立了评价指标体系,并阐述了各等级的关键实践活动,最后本文探索了我国企业采用该项目管理成熟度等级模型的途经与方法。

| Abstract: | Project Management Maturity Model(PMMM) is a tool which help the organization evaluate and improve its project management level.It is important for enterprise project management practice in China.The paper gives the project management maturity model based on project process.The evaluate index system and key practice in each level are described in this paper.Finally,the paper explores the method to apply the PMMMM in project organization in China. |
