基于生态位的国防高校科研能力模糊综合评价

摘    要:以生态位理论为基础,从国防高校科研能力构成要素分析的角度,对国防高校科研能力进行了研究,构建了国防高校科研能力的评价指标体系和评价模型。国防高校科研能力由三个层面构成,生态位占有能力、生态位适应能力和生态位进化能力。结合国防高校科研的特点,将每一层面细分为若干子能力要素,采用模糊综合评价法对国防高校科研能力进行定量分析。最后,通过一个案例研究从实证的角度说明该方法在评价国防高校科研能力中的可行性,以期为国防高校培育核心能力提供决策依据。

Abstract:This paper conducts the research on science research capability of national defense university by analyzing component elements based on the niche theory, and constructs an evaluation index system and evaluation model of science research capability of national defense university. The science research capability of national defense university consists of three aspects as follows: the capability of niche occupying, the capability of niche adapting and the capability of niche evolving. Each of aspects is then further divided into more detailed elements based on the characteristics of national defense university science research. The approach adopted in the paper is a quantitative technique based on use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. In the end, a case is pulled into to illustrate the feasibility of the methodology from the empirical perspective. This study is expected to be helpful for national defense university to cultivate core capabilities.
