| 摘 要： | 21世纪,高等学校毕业生不包分配,自主择业产生心理障碍。为此,我们对不同类型高校学生群体问卷调查,寻找大学生产生心理障碍的原因,探索调适大学生就业心理障碍的方法、手段和对策。
