| 摘 要： | 卡特尔是反垄断法规制的重要对象之一。文章具体分析了过去美国、德国、日本等国豁免进出口卡特尔的原因,指出禁止进出口卡特尔已成为发展趋势,认为中国应从自身进出口贸易的实际情况出发,结合当今的国际经济环境,选择对进出口卡特尔予以禁止的立法态度。

| Abstract: | Cartel is one of the important subjects regulated by anti-monopoly law.This article analyses reasons why some countries exempted importing and exporting Cartel,and argues that it has been a tendency to prohibit importing and exporting Cartel.China shall consider practical situation on importing and exporting trade as well as international economic environment,and then prohibit importing and exporting cartel. |
