Abstract:Problem-solving competence in higher mathematics is composed of three -type knowledge, including declarative knowledge, programmatic knowledge and tac tical knowledge. To cultivate the competence, it's essential to implement teachi ng and learning of the three-type knowledge and to direct students to fully mas ter and comprehensively apply it.
