试论网络时代中国文化所面临的挑战和回应

随着网络时代的到来 ,中国文化面临着纷繁芜杂的网络文化的挑战 :首先 ,在网络文化传播上 ,西方凭借其信息高科技优势推行文化殖民主义意识形态 ,构成对第三世界国家民族文化的威胁。其次 ,网络伦理道德的失范 ,第三 ,面对网民低龄化的特征和趋势 ,加强青年网民的中国文化传统教育势在必行。第四 ,中国社会正处于社会转型的关键期 ,在这一的背景下的网络必然打上“转型期烙印”。面对网络时代的挑战 ,欲光大中国传统文化 ,就应在网络中根植中国文化及其精神 ,建设富于综合创新的本土化的网络文化。中国文化在网络文化中的根植是可能的。其理论的可能性来源于中国文化的内在的深蕴性、包容性和开放性 ;其现实的可能性来源于网络所提供的技术支持及网络的传播特性。要把这种可能性变为现实就需要从以下几方面入手 :一是加强对网民的文化传统的教育 ;二要探讨中国文化在网络中根植的形式 ;三是参照中国文化精神建立网络伦理规范 ;四是加强与其他国家民族文化的平等交流 ,坚持交流中的“拿来主义”;五要加快符合中国国情的网络技术研究 ,建设并维护本土化的网络文化

Tentative Ideas About the Challenges and Reaction of Chinese Culture in Net Times

With human society entering an age of network, Chinese culture is highly essential to promote the root taking of Chinese culture and its essence in net culture if we are to keep and embody the national and epochal essence in net culture, especially considering that the Western countries violently pursue their ideology of cultural colonialism, Chinese society is experiencing the key period of social transition. In order to achieve the root taking of Chinese culture, the author believes that five steps should be followed. Firstly, make further efforts to educate the netizens with traditional Chinese culture. Secondly, try to approach effective root taking patterns for Chinese culture. Third, put up a set of net ethic with Chinese cultural essence. Fourthly, equally strengthen our cultural exchange with other countries and nations, and adhere to the Doctrine of "Na Lai"(adapt foreign things to Chinese needs). Fifth, speed up the net technology research according to the national conditions of our country.
