| 摘 要： | 针对近年学界逐渐有人开始讨论嫁妆与聘礼的问题,文章利用所能接触到的资料,总结出几种主要的理论成果:继承说;福利说;劳动价值说;竞争说;家庭意图说;财产转移说。每一种理论的产生都有各自的田野基础,本文不着重讨论这些理论背景。尽管学者对嫁妆与聘礼的看法差异很大,但他们还是站在一个共同的基点之上,即二者在给出妻子集团和接受妻子集团之间的姻亲关系的建立上是一个重要的因素。

| Abstract: | In recent years,there have been hot discussions of the topic about dowry and betrothal gifts in the academic circle.Through an analysis of relevant literature available,the following theories about dowry and betrothal gifts have being derived: inheritance,welfare,compensation,competition,family offer,and wealth transfer.All of these theories have their own fieldwork bases,but the discussion of the historical context against which these theories have been derived is not within the scope of this thesis.Although scholars have different viewpoints concerning this issue,all of them share the idea that dowry and betrothal gifts are an important factor in building marriage relationship between the wife's family and the husband's family. |
