| 摘 要： | 针对电子商务时代物流的新特点 ,提出了面向电子商务的物流系统设计的目标 ,并从战略、战术、操作三个层面描述了设计的主要内容 ,从整体上勾勒出面向电子商务的物流系统设计工作的轮廓。着重指出了物流系统设计中的信息共享、敏捷性要求、回收物流设计、潜在不确定性以及适度业务外包等几个重点问题。

| Abstract: | According to the up-to-date characteristics of EC-oriented logistics, the objectives of designing an EC-oriented logistics system is proposed, of which the main aspects included are discussed in view of strategy, tactics and operation so as to give an overall outline to the design. Several key points in design procedure are focused on, such as information sharing, responsiveness requirement, logistics design for recovery, potential uncertainty and moderate outsourcing service. |
